The restaurant food was good, plentiful and inexpensive.
Asked for wake-up call 6am, called at 4am, and no call at 6am, was late for appt. Restaurant had large menu, but out of many items Hotel very rundown. Bad area to be in according to taxi drivers, and area did not look safe.

Staff very friendly and helpfull, location ok, bed linen changed regularly, 3 times during my 8 night stay
NO tea/coffee making facilities in the room, NO hairdrier, Shower tiles dirty and damaged, had to relocate after first day to a different room, shower broken, tiles in shower loose and dirty, doubt if i would return to Bonondo Suites, expensive for what I was hoping for, other hotels in area served breakfast in the package, when I return to manila, Binondo will not be on my accommodation list

They were not aware of our reservation. The price on the internet that we booked is lower than what we paid (php 400.00 higher). They gave us the regular rate.

I really love the value for money, strong air conditioning system, quaint ambiance of the room and the accessibility to great shops and restaurants Binondo has to offer. A perfect option for those wanting to escape from the scorching summer heat. :)

Right in the heart of Manila Chinatown.
Hotel is kinda old, but for the price I'd say its a good deal.

the shower was hot
The hotel was infested with small coach roaches, the shower did not hang from wall anymore, (broken), the room staff folded up the dirty towels, and put back on shelf, on the third floor the street noise was unbearable for good night sleep, I was shocked when the desk staff called my room at 12:00 midnight offering me a companion for the night.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The wifi connection in the lobby was really weak, so the staff changed to another router without me even asking for it. The furniture in the room was old, but its a budget hotel so I didnt expect anything different. The hotel is located in chinatown, but my room was really quiet nevertheless.
My room had a very simple lock on the door, didnt feel much secure staying there and leaving valuables in the room.
